Life Skills for Teens: Empowering the Next Generation

Equipping teens with essential skills for a successful future.

Mission and Founders

The mission behind Life Skills for Teens is simple: to equip teens in our local communities with the essential knowledge and skills they’ll need as they transition into adulthood. Founded by Micheale Pless, an ICU nurse and business owner, and Amanda Bell, a top Realtor and CEO of multiple businesses, the organization was born out of a shared passion for giving back. Through 13 years of friendship and overcoming life’s challenges, Micheale and Amanda decided to create something extraordinary to support young people, particularly those facing adversity, and help them succeed in life.

Our Vision

We believe that today’s youth are the key to tomorrow’s future. Our goal is to empower teens by teaching them practical skills, from building professional relationships to managing personal finances. We want to ensure they grow in wisdom, confidence, and self-sufficiency. Life Skills for Teens aims to reach as many teens as possible, expanding beyond our community to make a nationwide impact.

  •
  • In addition to these courses, we offer assistance with creating resumes and filling out FAFSA forms, providing teens with hands-on guidance to prepare for college and their careers.

We are thrilled to offer these life-changing courses and support the next generation in becoming self-reliant, responsible, and confident individuals. Join us in this journey to empower our youth!
